- 7 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour (Maida)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (powder)
- 1 cube processed cheese
- 1/8 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
- 1/8 cup cornflour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 packet noodles (boiled, that we got by process of boiling noodles)
- white sauce (Already made)
- 1/4 cup leaves (Finely chopped corriander)
- 2 tsp. chilli powder (Kashmiri Red, which is not very spicy)
- 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. chaat masala (I have used everest chaat masala)
- 1/2 tsp. mango powder (Amchoor Powder)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (powder)
- oil (for frying)
