- 2 1/2 cups water
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. spaghetti (or Pasta of Choice)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork (or Veal)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (Fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs (Soft, best made from soft bread)
- 1/2 cup milk
