Description
My mother in law is a fantastic cook! She is from Italy and has a magic touch when it comes to food. These stuffed peppers are so good they take center stage on our table! Pair with a nice salad and you have a very nice meal. Measurements are approximate since Nonna, does not use a recipe!!
Ingredients

- 6 peppers (Halved, red and yellow are sweeter....)
- 3 italian style bread crumbs
- 2 cups cookie dough (mixed until, consistency)
- 1 egg white
- 1 handful basil
- 2 Tbsp. parsely
- butter
- cheese (choice)

Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 400.
- Stuff peppers with moist mixture, allowing room for butter and cheese of choice.
- Spread butter on top of stuffing.
