I added the extra step of starting with covering the chicken cutlets in 1/2 cup of seasoned flour with 1 tsp of smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of black pepper. I followed the rest of the recipe as is. It came out juicy and crispy. Delicious!

Your's and Nonna's recipe, is how I have always made chicken cutlets, which is the best way! Watching you and your Nonna in your kitchen, brought back sweet memories of me and my Italian Grandma, who loved to cook. She would say, "this is made, with my love!"
