- 200 grams biscuits (wholemeal cocoa, ground)
- 5 Tbsp. walnuts (ground)

- 4 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 150 grams cane sugar (granulated)
- 100 mL water
- 8 apples (peeled and cut into halves and quarters)
- 10 grams vanilla sugar (one sachet)
- 4 Tbsp. cream (33 %)
- 4 Tbsp. whole milk
- 50 mL calvados (apple brandy, or hazelnut liqueur)
- 7 grams agar (in 200 ml of water for a total volume of approximately 800 ml of the filling)
- 4 apples (peeled and cut into quarters)
- 200 mL water
- 10 grams vanilla sugar
- 50 grams cane sugar (brown)
- 6 grams agar (in 200 ml of water per 600 ml apple filling)
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 2 apples (small, dipped in chocolate)

- 10 apples (roses from, skins, which we previously boiled for 10 minutes in apple sugar water to soften the peeled skin and then roll the skin into a rose, the bottom was dipped in melted chocolate for strengthening, the rose top was dipped in granulated white sugar, see more details)
