- 1/4 cup wheat germ (if you don't have it just add another ¼ cup more of flour)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Flax egg (whisk 2 tablespoons of ground flax with 5 tablespoons of water. Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes to thicken)
- 1/3 cup apple sauce (organic)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup (organic)
- 1/2 cup milk (non-dairy, unflavored)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup zucchini (grated)
- 1 Tbsp. oats
- 1 tsp. maple sugar
- 1 tsp. canela
