- 1/2 cup kosher salt
- 1/2 cup ghee (or melted butter, use ghee to keep it Whole 30)
- 1/3 cup sherry vinegar (or your choice of vinegar, not balsamic)
- 1/2 cup red onion (finely diced)
- 1/2 cup fresh herbs (chopped, I used dill and Italian parsley)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (freshly groun)
