Easy to make and DELICIOUS! I used a gluten free flour blend, and this is hands down the best bread I’ve made!

I made this bread and it came out amazing! Due to Corona virus I could not find yeast so I substituted a sourdough starter that had yeast in it. It didn’t seem to have any negative effects. I was skeptical about putting the pot in the oven for so long. I used an aluminum pot which may be why the crust on the bottom was a little too crisp. Overall well worth the effort!

Easy recipe and great turnout. this is my 3rd time making bread and this was so worth the wait to let it set overnight.

Perfect! For my first try baking bread, my family and I loved it. This will be part of our family recipes for a long time. Thank you!

I love this basic recipe. It browned well for me (not sure why it might've not worked well for others). As for me, I made some minor adjustments; kneaded the dough a little since I like my bread a little denser. Also added chia seeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds. It was such a success that I am baking it now for others per request since they envied my bread and thought it looked amazing! And I have to agree - let it cool, slice it, freeze it, then pop in the toaster for amazing tasting, crisp slices. Love! I will never buy bread again.

Turned out awesome! So easy. I'm probably going to make bread everyday now :) I can't wait to try out some different types of flour.
