    I love this basic recipe. It browned well for me (not sure why it might've not worked well for others). As for me, I made some minor adjustments; kneaded the dough a little since I like my bread a little denser. Also added chia seeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds. It was such a success that I am baking it now for others per request since they envied my bread and thought it looked amazing! And I have to agree - let it cool, slice it, freeze it, then pop in the toaster for amazing tasting, crisp slices. Love! I will never buy bread again.

    It was okay it did not brown very well. I will be trying some other recipe will not make again

    Turned out awesome! So easy. I'm probably going to make bread everyday now :) I can't wait to try out some different types of flour.
