2020-01-28. Doubled the recipe, dough was very watery so had to add more flour before placing in the Dutch oven. Taste was fantastic

Fantastic. I used foil for my lid since didn’t have one but I did use calphalon Dutch oven. I did have to put it in for a bit longer after removing foil to get the golden brown (10) more min. It came out as a nice crusty expensive looking bread. Tasted amazing and had that awesome crunch. This is like bakery bread. I have recommended to others. Best bread I ever had no lie.
