I'm not a baker. Never have been. Even cookies elude me. But wow, this bread was easy to make and bake. The most wonderful smell in my apartment and the best stuff I ever put in my mouth. I'm having fresh bread daily. So worth it.

Really good recipe and the bread is the perfect size for bread bowls. I use the bread I pull out to make the bowl for bread crumbs later. lot of great uses for this.

My favorite. I hqve made it so many times, I now add garlic and herbs for a little more wow. I have friends constantly ask me for a loaf. 🥰

I loved the video! So helpful to watch before attempting for the first time. I thought the recipe was simple, fast, and so impressive! I have made it about 6 times and it's always a crowd pleaser. I think the biggest thing I learned was to allow the bread to cool for an hour to aid in the baking process. Hard to wait but I really think it makes a difference! Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe!

It turned out really well!! The only thing I could say about this is that mine turned out pretty dense… other than that, it’s a great recipe!!
