- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained, squeeze it DRY)
- 1 onion (large, diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. red pepper (fakes)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. Sriracha (swirled on the top in a pretty circle)
- 1 cup oil (or Free Nacho ‘Cheese’ Sauce with a Twist and a Kick <minus hotel tomatoes>, click link)
- 3 idaho potatoes (small, washed, scrubbed, skin left on)
- 3 large carrots
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp. tamari (liquid aminos or soy sauce)
- 1 jalapeno (; seeded and cut)
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (I used Chalupa)
- 1/2 cup water
