- 2/3 cup frozen peas (or shelled fresh, thawed, if frozen)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves (torn or sliced)
- 3/4 cup pitted kalamata olives (halved)
- 6 oz. grilled chicken breasts (shredded or diced, OPTIONAL)
