- 3 cups frozen broccoli (Heaping cups!)
- marinara
- cottage cheese
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 15 oz. cottage cheese (I used 4%)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 8 oz. pasta (Chickpea, I used chickpea; I recommend using a high-fiber, high-protein pasta such as chickpea, brown rice, or quinoa)
