This is SO good. Me and hubby dont like beans in our chili and this recipe is perfect. the only changes i made were adding less cumin (about 1/4 tsp) because i'm not a big fan of the flavor. also, i like to add 2-3 fresh jalepenos, and a chili pepper. i also add a little more than half a hershey chocolate bar. its strange, i know, but it adds a little bit of sweetness, which is really good. i like my chili spicy, so sometimes if the jalepeno doesnt give me the heat i wat, i add some cayenne and paprika and crushed red pepper.
