  • 2 sweet potatoes (peeled and medium diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 30 ounces diced tomatoes (that’s 2 cans of)
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder (chipotle, this is SPICY, so if you don’t like spicy, reduce the amount)
