This Chilli was amazing. You absolutely do not miss beans. I added Chipotle Tabasco and Hungarian smoked peprika. This is a keeper.

I followed this recipe to the ingredient - a lot of comments said to add spice. I thought it was great as is! Super easy. Very tomatoe(e) but I didn’t miss beans. I made it with ground chicken and it tasted great!

This recipe is outstanding. It’s so delicious, you don’t need the beans. If someone in your household wants beans you can add a serving of canned beans of their choice per bowl and heat. Some great toppings are onions, raw jalapeños, avocado, low fat shredded cheddar and a scoop of plain Greek yogurt or sour cream. While cooking, I also add tri-color peppers instead of just red and I add jalapeños to the vegetables. It’s a very flavorful recipe!

I added a small can green chili’s. Really great flavor. Will make again but will make a bit more spicy!

This is a delicious chili. I have made it 3 times this week because my sister loves it also. After I made it the first time I added in all the color bell peppers and carrots. I topped it with plain greek yogurt to replace sour cream, sharp cheddar cheese and a little green onion.
