I made this tonight and it is not as easy as you would think. You have to be VERY careful about the gelatin. I used powder and followed the instructions. I had a hard time with incorporating the gelatin and lemon juice to the cream cheese and strawberry mixture. I had to start over and added the lemon juice directly into the cream cheese mixture and then slowly added the powder before folding the whipped cream. It turned out looking exactly like the picture and tasted GREAT. They are in the refrigerator chilling so I will know tomorrow how it turned out.
