These are soooo delicious!!! I used 1 tbs of Honey and a dropper-full of vanilla cream stevia.
and they were just perfect. But since I had in mind coconut macaroons I decided to step it up a bit :) I added 2 egg whites and 2 tsp de unsweetened cocoa powder, made balls with an ice cream scoop and baked until slightly brown. Yum Yum!!!
