- 1 1/2 cups gluten free oat flour (Paleo version- Sub 1/2 cup coconut flour)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour (Can sub for almond flour or more oat flour*)
- 1 scoop protein powder (vegan or paleo friendly, choice, optional)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/4 cup sweetener (granulated, choice, I tried these with brown sugar, coconut palm sugar and a stevia blend)
- 1/4 cup almond butter (can sub for cashew butter or another mild nut butter**)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (can sub for brown rice syrup or honey if not paleo or strictly vegan)
- 1 Tbsp. milk (+ dairy free, choice***)
- 1 Tbsp. canela
- 1 Tbsp. sweetener (granulated, choice, I tried these with brown sugar, coconut palm sugar and a stevia blend)
