Yum! I substituted salted pumpkin seeds for the sunflower seeds, added in 1 tbsp of coconut oil and skipped the chocolate chips. Very simple and tasty!

Pressed into a muffin tin instead of a pan so that way they were already portioned.

I doubled the rice malt syrup and addded a Tbsn coconut oil which helped incorporate all ingrediants together. This held well afterwards

Easy to make. I skipped the chocolate chips & added coconut & almonds instead. I used almond butter in lieu of peanut butter. Cut into bite size pieces for a little pick me up in the middle of the day. Perfect snack!

Super yummy! I substituted ground pecans versus the sunflower seeds and ground up the coconut flakes to make them a bit more fine. But it's a very simple and quick treat and easily made gluten-free!
