The taste is great but even after refrigerating overnight it was still too mushy to roll. I had to form it into balls and roll it in the crumbs. It was very messy. I also found that the amount of walnuts called for to cover the balls was not near enough. I did use some crumbled pistachios and Biscoff cookies because I had them around. Both made good coverings, but the pistachios were my favorite.
