- 6 oz. pie crust (Diamond Pecan)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 16 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup mascarpone cheese (softened)
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar (sifted)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (Diamond)
