These were too moist at the given amounts of ingredients; I needed to add more protein powder and coconut flour to be able to shape them (otherwise the mix stuck to my hands too much). I probably ended up using double the amounts of protein powder and coconut flour. However, I added some mint extract and dark chocolate chips and the taste is very good. I dipped some of them in chocolate only and some in an almond butter/chocolate mixture. They definitely don’t compare to a quality store-bought protein bar (I’d say about 80% as good), but when the average box of 4 bars in my area is $6, they’re a lot cheaper to make.
