- 1/2 tsp. espresso powder
- 1/2 lb. full fat cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar (53g/1 and 7/8 ounces, packed)
- 2 Tbsp. Dutch process cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1 cup heavy cream (at room temperature)
- 1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate (Lindt, finely chopped , I suggest using their EXCELLENCE 70% Cocoa Bars )
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature, cut into cubes)
- 1 tsp. espresso powder
- 3/4 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup candy canes (crushed)
