- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (40 g)
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (30 ml)
- 1 cup raw cashews (soaked in cool water for 4-12 hours, or covered in boiling water and soaked 1-2 hours, 135 g)
- 1 Tbsp. chia seed (finely ground white)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (light, grade A amber, 90 ml)
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup cool water (120 ml)
- 2 1/2 tsp. matcha powder (unsweetened culinary-grade)
- 3/4 cup fresh mint leaves (lightly packed, from 1-2 bunches, 20 g)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin coconut oil (melted and cooled)
- 1 can coconut cream (chilled at least 2 hours, 5.4 ounce / 160 ml)
- 2 tsp. maple syrup (10 ml)
- 3 drops peppermint extract
