- 500 grams noodles (macaroni)
- 8 cups water (for boiling pasta)
- 1 Tbsp. salt (for cooking pasta)
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 250 grams minced beef
- 3 hotdog (I prefer to use red hotdog)
- 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce (I use filipino style spaghetti sauce)
- 1/2 cup ketchup (banana)
- 1 Tbsp. condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cream (all-purpose)
- 1 cup cheese (quick melt, grated, 1/2 cup for the sauce, 1/2 cup for the toppings.)
