- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 lemon (about a tablespoon)
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (2-3 lemons)
- 6 oz. chocolate (white baking/bar, melted and cooled slightly , see note about using white chocolate chips)
- 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream (well chilled)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (or more if you want it sweeter)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
