- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups cold milk (I used whole milk but you can use whatever kind you like)
- 1 instant chocolate pudding mix (small, ~4 ounces box)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla (or peppermint extract - peppermint can be strong so I'd start with 1/8 teaspoon)
- 3 Tbsp. peppermint candies (crushed hard, candy canes or starlight mints)
- 10 oz. chocolate cookies (mint, about 40 cookies)
- whipped cream (optional)
- candies sprinkles (optional)
- chocolate sauce (optional)
