love them! so happy to have a grain free no bake cookie recipe! i used coconut sugar, sunflower, pumpkin and shredded unsweetened coconut flakes. my kiddos love them too

It was pretty easy and very tasty. I did some minor modifications replacing the seed by almonds instead of sunflowers
