- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen, no need to thaw if frozen)
- 1/2 lemon (whatever you can get from the lemon is fine, no measurement here, this is just to add a pop of freshness!)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (unsalted or salted is fine)
