Delicious cake for summer that does not need to be baked: No-Bake Berries Greek Yogurt Cake.
Ingredients

- 11 oz. berries (strawberries, raspberries, etc., fresh or frozen)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (or xylitol)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 7 oz. oatmeal cookies
- 1.8 oz. rolled oats (ground)
- 1/3 cup butter (melted)
- 6 gelatin sheets
- 18 oz. Greek yogurt
- 7 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar (or xylitol)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 7 oz. heavy cream (cold)
- Fresh berries (some, for decoration, optional)
