    I made this but the egg and sugar mixture is wrong. No matter how long you mix that it will not fluff. My mom uses just egg whites and the sugar. The butter and egg yolk will make it impossible to fluff and it will instantly separate. I also use just pineapple properly drained instead of fruit cocktail. and topped it with pecans as well as cherries
