- 1/4 cup milk (+ Unsweetened Silk or So Delicious dairy free, choice***)
- chocolate chips (Dairy Free, optional)

- 1/4 cup mashed banana (overripe, about 1 small)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (or honey)
- 1/4 cup nut butter (choice, I used cashew butter)
- 1/4 cup vanilla (+ Silk, or Chocolate cashew milk***)
