  • 2 scoops chocolate (or vanilla whey protein powder)
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder (unsweetened)
  • 2 tablespoons almonds (slivered, or crushed, optional)
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted, unrefined, optional)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate
