    I've done a few variations of this, with peanut butter, almond butter, chocolate protein powder and vanilla - they're all great. I make it in a cupcake pan instead of as bars - easier to create servings and store.

    Very good but mine came out more cookie like than fudge like. I will definitely make these again but try with peanut butter, and eliminate the 1/2 cup of quick oats to see if I come up with a softer bar.
