- 150 grams sugar (castor/super fine)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 125 grams butter
- 1/4 cup golden syrup
- 1/2 tsp. soda (bicarbonate)
- 1 Tbsp. boiling water
