I used fresh garlic instead of powder, used buttermilk instead of egg-wash, added an additional 1/4 cup butter over the chicken and 1 cup heavy cream to help with pressure (but my foodi never got to full pressure cook). After 20 mins of “PRE”, I let the pressure out and switched modes to Roast for 15 minutes. The potatoes took an additional 10 mins to get crispy. Overall delicious and would make again for sure!
