- 2 Tbsp. butter (chilled and cut into pieces)

Used ground pork sausage & the flavor was fantastic mixed w:the spices. The Yummly instructions had 2 mistakes: the time is 3 1/2 hrs, not 45 min. Also, the amt of meat is 4oz, not 1 oz. This recipe took a lot of time & effort. Would recommend doing the 24 mini size instead of the 12 hefty size since the dough is quite thick otherwise. The filling needs to be doubled.
Will make again, with changes.
