I prepared to large casseroles for a Mother's Day event which were served along with other foods at a buffet. The casseroles were a hugh success. Every bite disappeared. Many compliments, but I didn't get a chance to taste.

Added more bread - 6 thick slices instead of the 4 called for in recipe. One slice per egg.
Love these day before casseroles. four stars.
