- 6 cups flour (a lll purpose)
- 2 cups milk (warm, I use 1 can of evaporated milk and top it up with warm water)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. fine salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
- 2 cups raisins (I've used sultanas here.)
