The New York Strip Steak Frites with Rosemary Flake Salt is a flavorful delight. The tender steak, seasoned with rosemary flake salt, pairs beautifully with crispy frites. A must-try for steak lovers. Checkout my recipes to make this. https://ehsaasprogram8171.com.pk

A 2 inch strip steak? 3 minutes per side?
Stand 5 minutes? Sooooo rare. And my cast iron skillet was as ready as could be. Wife said still mooing. Wound up at 11 + 5 minutes. We only go medium rare.
