- 1 tsp. grated lemon zest (finally, if you want to use the Thermomix to zest the lemon DO THIS FIRST)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 250 grams sour cream (tub of)
- 3 eggs
- ground nutmeg (to dust the top)
