- red pepper flakes (to taste, I used ½ teaspoon, knowing that my flakes are very hot)
- 16 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 1/4 cups beef broth
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 30 oz. kidney beans
- 2 green bell peppers (seeded and diced)
- salt and ground black pepper (Fine grain, to taste)

This turned out delicious. I did cut the recipe down and it turned out perfect. My family said this was their favorite chili recipe to date. It is going to be a new staple for us through this winter.
