Didn’t have some of the ingredients (wine, thyme) but still turned out yum. Substituted hot sauce for chilli flakes and added spinach, tomato and mushrooms for some fruit/veges. Had over pasta.

Excellent - easy. Followed directions. After making one time, fixed several more for company. All loved it. I make it a little extra spicy (extra hot sauce) , pour over cilantro lime rice. Yum BTW - I have not previously been successful cooking prawns, so I was very happy for this to be a winner.

Fantastic recipe! I substituted grape juice for the white wine and left everything else the same. I served it with thinly sliced persian cucumbers with a cilantro-lime dressing.
