This turned out AMAZING!!! I didn’t have the oysters or crab so I added more sausage and shrimp. I made my own seafood stock and added celery to the onions and green peppers. I thought I burned my roux but I couldn’t tell so just went with it, guess it was ok! This was soooo good, I can’t wait to make it again.

Spot on!!!! Made the recipe for 10 as a appetizer for diner. Served with french baguetts. Added 40% more okra as I am originally from New Orleans as we like more okra than the recipe had. Also doubled the proportion of crab claws.
