Great. I cut back on the hot sauce and seasoning a little to satisfy my bride of 55 years. She approved. Still the dish had loads of flavor. It wasn’t difficult to cook. I served it over rice which soaked in the flavors. Our side dish of home canned Okra & Tomatoes went well with the shrimp. Will do again!
