  • 3 tomatoes (large ripe)
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 pounds fish (assorted, and shellfish, haddock, lobster, scallops, shrimp, mussels, whatever you have on hand)
  • 1 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 4 saffron (thread, i've done without--expensive!)
