1/16 cup evaporated milk.... why not just say 1 US tablespoon? That would be less complicated.

Very creamy I added tsp vanilla then next time I added rap almond extract both very good

This turned out delicious. I didn't have a large enough food processor, so I took the milk mixture off the heat and added the chocolate chips to the pan to melt. Once thoroughly mixed (just a couple of minutes at most) I poured into the crust. So good.
