- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 2 tsp. cumin powder (add more if needed)
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1 chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 knob ginger (minced)
- 1/8 tsp. salt (& pepper, adjust as needed)
- 1/4 cup water (add only if needed, see notes)
- cilantro (for garnish, optional)
