- 2 red chillies (dried long, or 1 tsp dried chilli flakes)
- 2 bunches broccolini (cut into thirds)
- 1 bunch silverbeet (thoroughly washed, stems removed, roughly chopped)
- 2 zucchini (cut into 1cm rounds)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- grated Parmesan cheese (finely, to serve)
- 500 mL vegetable oil
- extra virgin olive oil (to serve)
